SHIPPING POLICY

We at IPP strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed via telephone or online are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement.

If the item is not in stock, your order may take up to 10 days to deliver. In the rare case that our manufacturers are backordered on your product, we will contact you via your email address given to alert you to the delay, as well as suggest an alternative style if necessary.

Shipping Methods:

-IPP's standard carrier is UPS. Your order is traceable and fully insured and, depending on your location, may take 5-6 days to arrive from date of shipment. Upon shipment, you will receive an email indicating the order has shipped, as well as receive a tracking number, should you wish to trace your order.

-Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so a physical address must be provided for proper delivery.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping fees vary by location and will be calculated at time of checkout.

International Shipping:

IPP does not currently ship outside the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
